Graphics Issue

I'm aware that other people have had this issue, but the only fixes I've seen on here don't work. I've tried multiple res settings and in/out of windowed mode. Videos play fine, but when I get to the menu everything but the 'banner menu' is so digitized that you can't even guess what it is. I'm pretty sure I see literal code floating around in there too. I've tried updating my drivers from the link on the official faq, automatically updating it through windows and going onto ATI's site.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32x
Processor: Pentinum D 3.73 Ghz
RAM: 2048mb
Graphics Card: Dual Radeon X1900
Drivers Date: 7/13/2009
Audio Card: SB Audigy
Driver Date: 10/16/09

(Note I've had no issues with sound, though I haven't even bothered going into the game when the opening menu is this bad)

Ok did it with that link. Still doesn't work. Still the same issue. Yes I've removed the old drivers.
