Black ground

When i start tutorial, house Vs house or campaign, i can see the map and the characters but the whole terrain is black. my problem is similar to some of the other topics on here. Is my graphics not supported?

I know very little. Especially about Intel graphics cards. Is that graphics card stand alone or is it integrated with the processor?

What I would guess the tech support would/should/will tell you is that you should;

1. download the latest drivers for your video card
2. uninstall the old drivers
3. install the new drivers you just downloaded once the old ones have been cleared out.

This should fix the problem for you.

If it doesn't (it only half fixed mine).. What I have to do is:
1.start the game
2.adjust the graphics settings to high;
3. restart the game;
4. adjust the graphics settings to low;
5. restart the game;
6. play.
