First patch for A Game of Thrones - Genesis

Postby Vince » Thu 6 Oct 2011 17:38

Hi everybody,

The first patch for A Game of Thrones - Genesis will be released in the coming hours. You simply need to run steam and the game, it will then be automatically downloaded and installed.

To know more about the content of the patch, I let you have a look to the technical boards ;-)

Kind of a disappointing list. Would it have been that hard to add an option to slow down prestige which is one of the main things that I've seen people who are able to play the game complain about.

Also what does "Multiplayer game now runs normally" mean?

You should be able to set the amount of prestige necessary to win in next patch, that will be available next week.
Some updates take more time than others, we're working on it.

Multiplayer runs normally just means that some fixes have been made in multiplayer mode... no more precisions :p

Is there plans to name the castles in the next patch? Instead of Feudal Home?

I'm forced to agree actually, slightly disappointing list.

Really? That's shocking, though good news. Does that include villages, towns etc?

My point was that I expected a bit longer list of fixes, heh
I suppose some people can never stop complainin' or expectin'

That includes villages, towns, etc.

We try to fix/improve as much things as we can.
We spent a lot of time on this game, we tried to make something nice and different, and we're happy when players are happy.
If it wasn't the case we wouldn't be doing this job... so don't be too rude with us ;)
