Baratheon Bodyguard skill

Baratheon gets the Bodyguard skill for free (10 seconds instead of 150gp like all the other houses). This is as good if not better than the free mercenaries house bonus of Arryn, except it is not stated anywhere. Is this a bug or a feature? And if it's a feature, should it not be stated under the house bonuses?

This looks more like a bug than anything else, meaning House Baratheon is broken at the moment.
