Book accuracy

Firstly, I know there are certain limitations when making a book/TV series into a game although you've slacked majorly with some minor details and the graphical potential.
I mean where do I start?
Okay the minor details, for one, you've made the wall made of frosty bricks? There is also supposed to be around 20 keeps across the wall - not to mention some are supposed to be destroyed and castle black is the main one of course but seriously?

Then the grapical potential? Do you seriously think you will beat games like Total war: shogun 2? They can get around 10,000 men on a map easy and the maps are immense. The game has the graphical size of AoE 2... which is not good...

I LOVE GoT but I hate it when games ruin the name of the excellent books... the same thing happened to Stargate although the game ruined the TV series - not a book.

If you want a more combat oriented game.. (which, as far as the books go... doesn't seem accurate)
There's a mod for Medieval 2: Total War, I haven't played it yet, but it's located here:

Personally I'll probably still play Genesis as well, because they seem to emphasize two different sides of the same coin.
