How do i get my money back?

OK I'm fed up with trying to make this game work. The map is black and I've tried all the fixes on here but none of them work. I just want my money back now so how do i go about doing so?
I bought the game off of Steam and have never used it before so I'm not sure how to go about doing so.

You can still give it a try some people have said they got a refund, but It wont be easy.

Under UK legislation it is my right to be reimbursed if the product is not of satisfactory quality... The trader can't just say no because its a download.

Could you please delete your account on here if you intend to give up on the game? That way someone cooler can use your user name.

You are here on the technical forum. How about you post your PC specs, your patches for drivers and such, and then perhaps see why the game is causing you an issue.

Many people are able to play without issues. It happens in the PC world - multiple different PC configurations = monster headache. This is a small game company who bought the IP back when this IP was not as a big as it is now.

Send an email to steam telling them all the trouble you're having maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and get a refund or steam credit.

i understand how he feels, no matter what i am doing to work on fixing things, no matter who i asked steam and other techs so far the game just doesn't work. ;(
